Practicing Stillness

Be still and know that you are loved just as you are. Take a few minutes to love 
your body as it is and say 
“Thank you” to the parts you
call ‘imperfect.’

And if you’re not feeling 100% honestly ‘grateful’ – allow that to be okay and say,
“thank you” anyway.
This isn’t about a perfect journey,
It’s about an unfolding one.
