Florence Boutique Retreat · With Author & Coach Stacey Robbins
A women-only boutique retreat in Florence, Italy.
"Come to Italy. Come home to you."
Florence, Italy · November 7–14, 2026 · Women Only
An Intimate Boutique Retreat
Your retreat begins the moment you say "Yes."
You know how to throw a party.
You've planned the birthdays. The baby showers. The graduations, the weddings, the anniversary dinners, the retirement toasts. You made the reservations. You ordered the cake. You remembered who can't have gluten and who cries at speeches. You stood at the back of the room making sure everyone else felt loved.
You have been at the helm of every celebration but your own.
So, here's my honest question, that might ache a little:
Who celebrates you?
Maybe you see yourself here:
This is your week to receive. This is your week to be toasted, spoiled, seen, and celebrated. This is your week to sit at the table while someone else pours the wine. This is your week.
This November, I'm taking a small circle of women to Florence, Italy. Not for a vacation. Not for a tour. For a week where the woman who plans everything finally gets to be the guest of honor.
This is your invitation.
Florence isn't just beautiful. Florence is alive in a way that wakes you up.
Walking cobblestone streets through centuries of art and history. Eating slowly at tables with new friends who feel like old souls. Sitting with your heart open in a piazza as the light turns gold — something shifts.
The noise of your regular life stills. The hum of obligation quiets. And in that quieter space, clarity comes. Courage comes. Truth comes.
Women return from Florence and make decisions they've been circling for years. They speak more honestly. They feel lighter, more joyful, more connected — to themselves, to their partners, to the dreams that live in their hearts.
This city is not an accident, it's intentional. It is the city of rebirth. And it's the perfect city to hold you as you come into your own.
Plenty of trips take you somewhere beautiful. This retreat takes you somewhere beautiful and brings you back to yourself. Here's what makes it different.
This week is designed around one purpose: you receiving, resting, being seen and celebrated. There is no agenda to push through, no performance required. You show up and you are held — by Italy, by the women around you, and by Stacey's 30 years of transformational wisdom.
This is a boutique retreat — not a tour group. Stacey is your guide, your coach, and your cheerleader. Her thought-provoking questions and coaching conversations — woven through every meal, every walk, every experience — have helped thousands of women come home to themselves.
This retreat attracts the kind of women who are done playing small. Curious. Open-hearted. Brave enough to say yes to themselves. The connections formed during this week often last a lifetime — because you've shared something real, something that changed you.
"You have planned every party but your own. Not this time."

On Day Six, we follow the trail of Caterina de' Medici — a Florentine woman who became Queen of France and spent her life navigating power, identity, reinvention, and survival. Some clues reveal secret Florence. Some clues reveal something about the women in our circle. Part history, part beauty, part play, part personal initiation.
Hidden treasures await at every turn.
*Events are subject to change at the host's discretion — because sometimes the best surprises are the ones even I didn't see coming yet!
Don't take our word for it. Here's what women just like you said about their experience.
The experience curated by Stacey — and co-created by each of the brilliant, soulful, courageous women in attendance — changed something inside of me. I arrived weighed down, and this experience left me better than it found me. I opened to indescribable beauty — the people, the architecture, the energy, the food. I opened to what life is really about, and the magic that it could be for me again.— Jessi B., North Carolina
The connections are the best part. I thought, of course it's Italy — I'm going to love it. But the word connection has nothing to do with similarities or differences. It's just about an openness. Feeling this lifelong bond with these women — not only because of the shared experience, but because of who they are, the love and honor they deserve, and the love I feel from all of them. It's the best part of the trip.— Cathy H., Short Hills, New Jersey
"Thank you" isn't enough to say. I'm forever indebted. I mean, there's no amount of money, there's no amount of praise or offering you can give to somebody for opening the doors to your dream — I don't know how you do that — other than to say, "I love you."— Shelley Jean W., Orlando, Florida
An intimate circle of women. One extraordinary week. A city that has been changing women's lives for centuries. The only question is whether you'll be there.
Because I turned 57 last November and I knew this was a year of Jubilee — I priced this retreat at a price I don't normally do, to make it easy for you to say "YES" to yourself. This is a gift from my heart to yours.

Interested, but have questions? Book a Retreat Vision Call and talk it through with us first — no pressure, just clarity.
Can I come alone? Do I need to know Stacey already?
Yes, you can absolutely come alone — many women do, and they often say the connections they made were the best part of the trip. And no, you don't need to know Stacey beforehand — that's what the Retreat Vision Call is for — to make that important introduction. You'll feel like you've known her for years by the end of Day One.
What airport do I fly into? Is airfare included?
Fly into Florence's Peretola airport (FLR — Amerigo Vespucci) on November 7th, 2026 BEFORE 4PM; the retreat begins at 5pm. Once you land at Peretola, we take care of your transportation to the residence and everywhere we go together. If you land in Rome or another city, you'll need to make your own way to Florence's airport, where we'll pick you up. (Airfare to and from Italy (and Vienna) is not included in the retreat price)
Is my space held after I fill out the registration form?
Not quite — completing the registration form does not hold your space. Your space is secured once your Non-Refundable $2,500 deposit is received. Spaces go to the women who complete both steps first, so if you're ready, don't wait between the form and the deposit.
What can I expect from this retreat?
You can expect a beautifully curated set of experiences — food, tours, historical sites, classes, playful free time, and accommodations that will be a joy to you. Our approach creates beautiful, authentic, unpretentious, high-quality experiences. You will be under Stacey's loving, fun, and intentional care for the entirety of the retreat. The richness between and throughout the experiences — Stacey's thought-provoking questions and conversations honed from 30 years of coaching and counseling — are what allow you to tap into your heart, mind, and spirit in a way that truly transforms lives.
Who else will be there?
Normally our boutique retreats are 10 to 14 guests. This time we may allow for a few more, since mothers and daughters, sisters, and girlfriends are traveling together to share in this birthday celebration. Either way, it stays intimate. We always trust that it's the perfect number of women to get to know ourselves and each other in the most beautiful ways while maintaining balance and connection. All attendees are women.
What should I pack?
Think of the Northeast USA in November — that's a good frame for Florence weather. Some chilly mornings, warm sunshine afternoons, maybe a drizzle, cool evenings. We want to be stylishly comfortable. There is no place that is super fancy, but please bring your favorite dress for our birthday celebration dinner! We will be at a spa, so bring your bathing suit and any exercise clothes. Think layers, comfy shoes for walking cobblestones, a long sweater, and plan on picking up a gorgeous Italian scarf or two while you're there!
I have specific food allergies or intolerances. Can these be accommodated?
Absolutely yes! On your inquiry form, you'll let us know your allergies and sensitivities. Gluten-free? Dairy-free? Don't drink alcohol? Don't prefer shellfish? No problem at all! For all of our planned events and foodie experiences, you will have what you need to eat in delicious and safe ways.
What travel costs are included in the retreat price?
Your retreat costs cover transportation to and from the Peretola airport to the residence, your room, all of your breakfasts, five lunches, six dinners, and all the wine at each meal. It also includes all transportation to and from planned events, private tours, museum tickets, art experiences, meditation, spa with one treatment, and specialty classes. There will be two free half-days so you can explore and enjoy extra time on your own. Not included: flights to and from Florence, travel insurance, any missed transportation, and your gelato addiction.
How physically fit do I need to be?
You need to be able to carry or roll your own luggage, walk up and down stairs, and walk on cobblestone streets and sidewalks for the tours provided. If we do group morning movement, it is designed for people who want to enjoy accessible, non-stressful stretching, yoga, and walking.
Will I have a private room?
We have two types of sleeping arrangements — shared room at the Special Jubilee price of $5,700, or a private room for an additional $1,500 (total $7,200). In your shared room, you will be paired with someone wonderful. If you desire a private room, please note that on your application form. Private rooms are first come, first served with limited availability.
What if a health issue or crisis stops me from traveling?
This is why travel insurance is required for this trip. If you need to cancel for any reason within 80 days of the retreat, those matters would be addressed with your travel insurance company. Outside of the 80-day window, our standard refund policy applies. We recommend checking with your homeowner's insurance and regular health insurance first, then considering providers like Allianz.com, AAA.com, Travelinsurance.com, or Travelguard.com.
This is an intimate retreat, and spaces are limited. If something in your heart stirred while reading this — that is your answer. Your heart began preparing for this the moment it said yes. The only thing left is to say it out loud.

An Optional ExtensionA 4-Night Christmas Season Celebration After Florence
November 14–18, 2026 · 4 Nights / 5 Days
After our beautiful days together in Florence, we will continue the magic with an optional extension to Vienna — a city of music, elegance, architecture, old-world charm, and Christmas wonder. This is for the woman who wants to linger a little longer in Europe, celebrate the season, and step into the storybook beauty of Vienna as the Christmas markets begin.

Night 1
After flying from Florence to Vienna and settling in, we'll gather for a special Viennese dinner — our first taste of Austria, old-world hospitality, and the next chapter of our European adventure.
Day 2
We'll step into Vienna's Christmas market traditions: warm drinks, handmade ornaments, roasted chestnuts, festive foods, candles, lights, music, and the feeling of being inside a European holiday storybook.
Day 3
Vienna is one of the great music capitals of the world — the city of Mozart, Strauss, Beethoven, and Schubert. We'll attend a curated concert, opera, or classical music experience in one of Vienna's renowned performance spaces. This will be our night to dress up and take in the grandeur.
Day 4
Our final full day is devoted to beauty and wonder: art, architecture, coffeehouse culture, and one last evening of Christmas lights. We may visit the Belvedere, home to Klimt's iconic The Kiss, enjoy a classic Viennese coffeehouse moment, and close with a farewell market stroll.
Day 5
Guests may fly home from Vienna or continue onward through Florence, Rome, or another European gateway, depending on your travel plans.
The Investment
$3,900
per person · based on a minimum of 4 guests
