Night 1

A Viennese Welcome Dinner

After flying from Florence to Vienna and settling in, we’ll gather for a special Viennese dinner — our first taste of Austria, old-world hospitality, and the next chapter of the European adventure.

Day 2

Christmas Markets & Old City Magic

We’ll step into Vienna’s Christmas market traditions: warm drinks, handmade ornaments, roasted chestnuts, festive foods, candles, lights, music, and the feeling of being inside a European holiday storybook.

Day 3

A Night of Music in Vienna

Vienna is one of the great music capitals of the world. We’ll attend a curated concert, opera, or classical music experience in one of Vienna’s renowned performance spaces.

Day 4

Klimt, Coffeehouse & Farewell Magic

Our final full day is devoted to beauty and wonder: art, architecture, coffeehouse culture, and one last evening of Christmas lights.

Day 5

Departure

Guests may fly home from Vienna or continue onward through Florence, Rome, or another European getaway, depending on travel plans.

International Driving Permit through AAA

AAA issues International Driving Permits for U.S. drivers. You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license, a completed application, two passport-style photos, and the AAA permit fee. The permit must be carried with your regular driver’s license while driving abroad.

Italy and Vienna include walking, uneven streets, stairs, trains, and active experiences.

About mobility in Italy and Vienna:

This experience is designed to be enjoyable and not overly rigorous. That said, Modena, Maranello, Florence, and Vienna can include cobblestone streets, steps, train platforms, museums, and uneven terrain. You’ll need to be able to manage yourself comfortably and move at a leisurely pace.

I have read the Release & Retreat Terms in full. I understand I am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue. I am signing this freely and voluntarily. I confirm that all information in this form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand the $2,500 deposit is non-refundable and all payments become non-refundable 80 days prior to the experience (August 19, 2026), including in the event of acts of God, pandemics, government shutdowns, or any other force majeure event. Travel insurance is required. I take full personal responsibility for obtaining adequate coverage before departure. I understand that SRC bears no responsibility for any loss that would have been covered by travel insurance. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
